José accidentally ended up in the debt collection business after high school. She got her start in a bailiff’s office. Not knowing exactly what this work entailed, however, she immediately noticed that she found it an intriguing field.
By handling the portfolios of various types of clients, she has gained extensive experience in handling debt collection cases, sometimes followed by a procedure and the development of a suitable execution process.
