As of March 1, 2023, Metin will work as a Senior Corporate Lawyer at Jurato. Metin specializes in corporate law, with a focus on (international) business takeovers and mergers (M&A), participations, joint ventures, shareholder relations and other corporate law issues. Metin also supervises various real estate transactions. Metin successfully assists both Dutch and foreign companies in commercial services.

Metin’s working method is characterized by involvement, critical judgment and solution orientation. Metin also enjoys serving as a strategic sparring partner for entrepreneurs. Clients consider him smart, fast and creative.

In his spare time, Metin enjoys sports. He can regularly be found on football fields. Metin also likes to spend his free time in the company of his friends and enjoys going out for dinner.
