In addition to Business Administration (MER), Tom studied Dutch Law at Radboud University Nijmegen. During his studies, Tom gained work experience as a real estate lawyer at a municipality. In this position he was mainly involved in area development and construction projects. In 2012, Tom founded his own legal consultancy firm under the name Jurato. In 2016 he met Christiaan and there was an immediate business connection, which led to a collaboration. Things went fast after that and Jurato grew to where it is today.
As an entrepreneur, Tom is always busy with the next step. The entrepreneurial world is constantly changing and he ensures that Jurato stays ahead. Whether it is expanding the professional teams with multiple expertise, developing Jurato team members or integrating legal tech processes within the organization. Every step ensures growth in all facets and the client benefits from this, that is what Tom does it for.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys sports. Not only to exercise, but he also likes to attend a football match. Tom is a music lover and a true Burgundian. He loves to spend his free time with his family or friends.
