In 2018, Wendy joined Jurato as a senior corporate lawyer for SMEs and organizations in Healthcare and Welfare. Wendy is an experienced lawyer with broad civil experience as an advisor and litigation lawyer. Since 2021, she has also acted as a business mediator in business disputes. Wendy is trained in communication based on Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication. She likes to be an informal sounding board with a down-to-earth and practical approach, in a casual and relaxed manner, in understandable language.

In Wendy’s practice the emphasis is on employment law, privacy law and business agreements. She also assists private individuals in employment law issues.

Wendy is the Labor team leader at Jurato and enjoys maintaining a broad network, both private and business. She likes to spend her free time in her second home, Castricum aan Zee, and with activities in the field of dance, massage, water sports, nature and personal development. In addition to her work as a corporate lawyer, Wendy also performs a number of additional activities, including as chair of the Disputes Committee for Relationship Mediation, chair of the Complaints Committee for the Tantric and Sexological Bodywork Quality Mark and as a mediator for private individuals in the relationship sphere.
